Connection timeout, not with all users

Hi,

running Nicotine+  ver. 3.3.10 (latest) and since this morning I have the following problem:

the user I DL the most from always goes on "Connection Timeout"

I checked my ports and it said they were closed.

I installed Nicotine latest version, opened listening port from router, also I always had Upnp active since the beginning.

I can DL from some users (or check their files if friends) but this one always goes on timeout. 
Just wanna be sure there's nothing wrong with me, ahem, nothing I can do I mean :)
