Wish: filters for maximum bitrate/filesize/files in folder

Hi people!

Since sometimes I only find big CD quality tracks, I wanted to filter the results by a maximum bitrate. I just found out the filters minbitrate, minfilesize and minfilesinfolder, and I think some users would find their counterparts useful:

• maxbitrate,
• maxfilesize
• maxfilesinfolder.
