I would like to completely empty my wishlist in one go.
Deleting the entries one by one is a giant task, because i've got hundreds of entries...

Hi there,

Your wishlist should be visible on your computer through the Config file. The file itself might be hidden, so you may need to use Admin privileges.
I use Linux mostly, and the Config file can be viewed in the .nicotine folder, once you have keyed in Ctrl+H to make visible hidden files.

In the Configure file, go to the section [Autostart] and remove any items from there, then save the Config file upon exit.
When you next fire up your Soulseek client, the Wish List will be cleaned out, as per the edit on the Config file.

Cheers.

Thanks a lot for replying.
I don't have Linux on my machine, so I only see an .exe file in the Program Files (x86) folder.
On Win7 the hidden files all reside in the Appdata/Local folder.
No .nicotine or config file there though.
The only things I see are backup dat-files.

Hi did you ever find the wishlist data file on Win 7?  Would really be great if I could edit it especially because mine is so large and items are searched alphabetically from the beginning.  Thx!

Hi, i found the data file but you can't edit it. It has been write in a specific manner and if you edit it the changes won't reflect at all and you can really corupt your data file with the changes you made. Be careful.
The only solution is Nir to develop an export/import wishlist list.
