Uploads stuck at "requesting" and jamming the queue

Hi there,

A few weeks ago i updated SoulseekQt to the 2024-02-01 build and since then the backlog of uploads have been going to the thousands which is weird because before i had no problem with it but now some people have messaged me that they have been waiting for weeks to download things from me and apparently i have a thousand uploads long queue somehow.

I checked and i have multiple downloads that are stuck at the "requesting" phase even when i have upload slots available (with users who are online, as i can browse their files and message them), anyone else can help with this? It annoys me that i cant share my stuff normally.

I tried updating to the latest version (2024-06-30 is online!). Let's see if it's fixed...

Next update is to removed locker files we are tired of locker files but it will be unlock and more share files as well
