Automated message to users with locked files

The ability for users to lock files is the worst feature of Soulseek. Soulseek should permit users to set up an automated message to users who have locked files, usually "for trade," similar the message to users who aren't sharing. It should also notify the user who sets this up that a user with locked files is downloading from them. Users may need to lock files that cannot be shared (e.g. files from a private torrent tracker) but locking files "for trade" is destructive to file sharing. It doesn't work, because it's rare for two users to discover that each wants something that the other is reserving for trade. If everyone shares, all users get what they want.
