Pending Shutdown in Status, what does it mean

Hey I am trying to download a track from a user and it immediately goes red and the status says "Pending Shutdown". I can't find any documentation on what that means. Is it me? Is it him/her? Thanks

I have never seen this, possibly because I am using an old Mac client, but my guess is that is them, and they have set their Soulseek to shut down after their current uploads/transfers are complete (finish uploads and quit (on). If I leave the item queued it usually downloads as soon as they come back on line.
