Shia Summit Invites & Thank you letters & Misc Updates

Dear All,
We have been very late in getting our thank you letters done and mailed to all endorsers as well as with sending out invitations for the Shia Summit. Fortunately, most of these (approximately 170) have gone out today after Zain Abbas (IMI) and I printed, stuffed, sealed, labeled and stamped invitations to all US organizations on the attached excel list, as well as the attached Shia organizations endorsers list. The endorsers also received a copy of the attached thank you letter personalized with their organization information.
Letters of appreciation must still go out to:
Any Shia organizations on the excel file without an address (Nisa, Zain Abbas (IMI) and I checked online for these addresses but could not find them)
All Non-Shia orgs and academics.
The list of individuals sent earlier
***To do this we need Nisa/Saman AND/or another volunteer to print, stuff etc: if you can help please let me know asap***
Additional invitations for the Shia Summit should be sent as well--to organizations not listed here that we may know of, academics, ulema, anjumans, particular young and established leaders in the community.
***To do this we need YOU to send your recommendations and contact information for each recommendation. We also need Saman/Nisa or another volunteer to print, stuff etc***
Follow up calls must be made to each of the organizations listed in the excel files. Where possible phone numbers have been included.
***To do this we need YOU to review the list, let us know of any preferences/contacts that you can reach out to by Sunday 10 AM; Then the list will be divided into chunks for each of us to call and follow up with directly, based on your preferences if any sent in.***
In addition, overall work must continue at a professional pace and with proper funding. Currently IMI continues to incur additional costs through the use of its employees, printing materials & supplies, postage etc but we/IMI cannot continue without reimbursements indefinitely. Jaffar Uncle, Raees Bhai, please let us know the status of the original reimbursement for IMI and whether additional funds are being sought/made available to cover costs already incurred as well as those for the future plans we have made including the Shia Summit.
Saman, Nisa: please let us know of your availability with respect to remote work and for in person activities such as these mailings--it seems for now, most in person work would be out of Wajih Bhai's office in Hamilton NJ, though that may change over time of course. Would be best if we could establish specific times each day/over the week that you could set aside (baring emergencies) once you both finalize your class schedules.
Finally, please note, as with all Souls March material, the attachments especially with contact information are confidential and should not be used for non Souls March purposes/activities.

ps. Based on feedback received, Shia Summit is what we are calling the event not Shia Roundtable. Also I tried to make all edits suggested in earlier invite reviews--the only one that I did not do was adjusting the letterhead as in discussions with others, I was advised to keep it as is.
