Souliss binding OH 2.5 bugs

Hi!

i have the warnings in OH 2.5 release build

2020-01-11 12:49:32.734 [WARN ] [.core.thing.binding.BaseThingHandler] - Handler SoulissGatewayHandler tried updating the thing status although the handler was already disposed.

2020-01-11 12:50:02.777 [WARN ] [.core.thing.binding.BaseThingHandler] - Handler SoulissGatewayHandler tried updating the thing status although the handler was already disposed.

and the items does not updated. After disable-enable gateway in PaperUI  some time work fine but after that the same erros.

and in startup log i see this messages:
