New Branch WebServerNotify

Hi guys, again with a new branch that hope became - after test - new Souliss version 7.3

You can find a new branch WebServerNotify al following address :

Under \examples\WiFi you can find 

e04_Peer_ESP8266_Webconfig_Telegram_OTA_WifiSignal

This sketch allow you to test all features of new version. In this sketch there is webserver, OTA, Wifi Signal , feature to set vnet address manually in webserver, feature to give a name of node (used also as OTA name), and feature of sending a notify message with Telegram

On webserver you can find also lots of useful info.
