Alessandro Scarlatti (1660-1725) wrote more than 700 solo cantatas. "Sento nel core" claims our interest because the opening aria was included in Alessandro Parisotti's famous collection, "Arie antiche" (Volume II, G.Ricordi, 1890). Unfortunately, Parisotti did not publish the recitative and second aria, nor mention their existence.
Prof. Edwin Hanley, who catalogued Scarlatti's cantatas, found nine manuscript sources of "Sento nel core." None of them is in Scarlatti's handwriting. Two of them have a title, HS'allontana per non innamorarsi" (going away to avoid falling in love), and another has a similar title, "La lontananza per non innamorarsi" (distance to avoid falling in love). All are for voice and basso continuo, and most are in E minor.
Conventional in many respects, Sento nel core" is notable for one technique that Scarlatti used seldom, if ever again: the inspired first theme of the slow aria is varied to form the theme of the quick aria. The two themes have the first four pitches in common.
Figured hass indications have been carefully considered in composing the realization. They not shown in the score because they are inconsistent between the two sources and because most of them are superfluous, as for instance, if the voice part is written a sixth above the hass note and the numeral 6 appears below it. The keyboardist may, of course, change the realization at will, in the spirit of Scarlatti's time. Especially in the recitative, chords may be changed, shortened, arpeggiated or repeated in whatever way best supports the singer.
Singers should feel free to ornament the vocal line moderately. The final cadence of a large section should be preceded by a trill: see measures 31, 57, 89, 138, 156 and 188. The recitative requires the usual appoggiaturas: that is, if the first of two identical notes is stressed, it may be sung one scale tone higher than written.

A couple of weeks ago, I started something called The Writing Studio. Instead of repetitions in the gym, we do our reps on the page. Every week we work on rhythm, storytelling, voice, structure, and other ingredients that make writing compelling.
For three long days my Nina, my Nina, my Nina
Upon her bed has lain, upon her bed has lain
Louder and louder, ye players all, awaken my Ninetta
Awaken my Ninetta, that she may sleep no more.
When I first started reading your comments about the "yellow book," I groaned to myself, "This sounds like another example like 'The Art of the Fugue.' " Bach's voluminous works on the fugue are characterized as superb examples of great composing, surely require great virtuosity, and are also boring as hell. So, I had very low expectations while I listened to your yellow book examples, and I was surprised and delighted to hear them. Of course, the singers you chose could make singing a telephone book sound wonderful - if there still were telephone books.
Why do we continue to return to these songs when there is so much repertoire for young singers? I believe that these arias serve as the building blocks for legato (vocal line), breath control, communication, and agility. They help a student navigate what\u2019s to come when they encounter a more challenging repertoire.
For the joy of adoring you,
I want to love you, oh beautiful eyes.
In loving you, I will suffer but I will not cease to love you.
Yes, in my suffering.
I will suffer but I will love you, dear eyes
Without hope of you,
Futile affection is but longing,
But your sweet eyes,
Who could not help but admire them
And not love you?
I will suffer but I will love you, dear eyes

She is a 15-year-old staff member of the park.
Isuzu is a slim young woman in her mid-teens who happens to be a beautiful girl with thigh-length golden brown hair that is tied into a ponytail by her signature black and white ribbon, golden eyes and she bears a voluptuous and well-endowed figure that is sometimes comically referred to by her friends at the park.
She is often seen wearing a scarlet full dress uniform with black accents that looks like British Army's Infantry/Bandsman, gold aigrettes worn on the right shoulder, a white ribbon at the center of her collar, black skirt, and white thigh-high stockings with black ribbons tied around. Starting episode 6 and onward she switches to a sleeveless version of her uniform due to it being summer.
Isuzu has a stoic personality. She is very quick to use her magical gun. Her face is usually expressionless and having no emotion. She finds it hard to smile and is not good at understanding jokes. If she thinks too much, she gets confused with what to say. She comes across as cold and blunt but behind that she is also very sensitive. She also has trouble expressing her concerns such as Kanie wanting more staff which made her worry over her own position. The rare times she has another facial expression is when she is either nervous, embarrassed or completely surprised by the things around her.
She appears to be very violent but that is because she is unaware of the "proper" ways to approach and ask help from humans. She has little experience with social interactions with normal humans or just does not have good socializing skills. However, Isuzu has a monstrous temper as whenever she gets angry, her eyes become empty, her expression becomes blank and a red aura appears around her body. During these times, she is fully aware that she is violent, but continues with what she is doing because the people who caused her rage (usually Macaron or Tiramy) did something that rightfully caused her to get angry. When she is in this mode, the other park members are frozen in fear and are unable to stop her behavior, save for Latifa Fleuranza who can talk her down.
Isuzu is from a magic land called Mapleland. She holds the title of First Royal Guard and wields a magical muzzle-loader named Steinberger. Her true name is Isuzuruha Centollusia (イースズルハセントルシア, Īsuzuruha Sentorushia?).
I am using shotcut to do simple videos with a voice recording and a photo. The sound seems to go out randomly once in every 3 or 4 videos. I have uploaded over 100 videos and will have to redo quite a few of them.
Italian opera was at the centre of Handel's output for over 35 years with solo arias constituting one of the most important elements in Baroque opera. Dramatic roles, with their various moods and reactions, are characterised through arias. A large number of Handel's operas also contain at least one entire scene for two to three voices. These numbers make use not only of similar lyrical or expressive forms of expression such as the arias, but also employ contrapuntal elements as found in Handel's chamber music.
