Incorporating

I just wanted to let everyone know that I’m looking into incorporating our little group.  It is relatively cheap here in Minnesota ($70), and offers us the benefit of being able to register for places in the name of the group, to set up informational tables at events, and (eventually) solicit donations (e.g., supplies for our picnic, print services, etc.).  Let me know what you think—good idea or bad?
