Needing Answers by August 15th...

Hey All~
I know this is such a busy time and I am sorry to continue to bug you
all about the same things but I told others that I would give them an
answer by mid-August and I also need to put the information in the
Sunday bulletins in a timely manner. So if you could please email me
or reply here by the 15th of August I would greatly appreciate it.

Here are some opportunities for Service Projects for us. Let me know
which of these you would like to do if any. There are more
opportunities but I will hit you up with those later. These ones I
need answers on in the next two weeks.

Service Projects:
• Soup Kitchen through out the year - This is what we have been doing
this summer, every 3rd Saturday evening.
• Book Trust - The Young Adult Group has done this for the last 4
years and we have been invited to do it again. I know it has been
alot of work and am fine either way but need to let them know sooner
than later.
• Christmas tree decorating and making Chrismon’s - I have already
said yes that we would spend a couple of hours to put up and decorate
the Christmas tree. We have also been asked to help make Chrismon's.
What is a Chrismon you ask, well they are a decoration that you make

Lastly - most of you have let me know your preference for a bi-monthly
meeting time for the group but I would still like to hear from you. I
will start putting information out about this mid-August as well.
1. Sunday after 2nd service
2. Sunday evenings
3. Wednesday evening
