Hi!
What a great meeting last Wednesday night! Thank you all for coming.
You asked me to put all of our info from the meeting here on the
google page so here it is! Please, please email with your sign-ups
for stuff or let me know at our meeting this coming Wed.

Service Work:
- Book Trust: Anytime you want to come sort books we need to get
caught up by October 17th so we can make that area in the Fellowship
Hall look nicer for the Scandinavian dinner and talent show.
- Habitat for Humanity: Jane will keep us posted on the meeting date
and time with Habitat for Humanity since they had some turn over in
staff.
- Murphy Center: Sue Peterson needs your help at the Murphy Center
next Tuesday, September 14th from 6 - 8 pm to sort clothes for the
Homeless. If interested call Sue at (970)631-4317
- Sunday School Teacher: We still need a Sunday school teacher for
the 9 - 11 year olds. If interested email Kara Lamb at
kara...@mac.com
Worship Tour:
Here are the dates to go visit other churches and pow wow afterwards.
Times and which church will be determined the week prior. Most
services start between 5 and 6 pm.
Saturday, October 2nd
Saturday, October 16th
Saturday, November 13th
Saturday, November 27th
Saturday, December 11th
Bible Study:
We will be doing a DVD and book series called Simple Life Action
Plan. I need to know who wants to participate by September 24th so I
can order the books in time. The cost of the book is $9.95. We will
have the bible study on our Wed meeting nights after time for fun and
fellowship.
Book Trust Sign Up:
We will need people to work the booth at the Alternative Giving Fair.
Here are the dates and times. Two people per slot, email Jenny.
Saturday-
8:30 - 10:30
10:30 - 12:30
12:30 - 2:30
2:30 - 4:30
Sunday -
8:30 - 10:30
10:30 - 12:30
12:00 - 1:00 (Help pack up leftover books)
Bowling:
Let's go have some fun together on September 24th at 7 pm at Chipper's
lanes on North College. Shoe rental is $3 and games are $4. No need
to RSVP just mark your calendars.
