In June of 2010 the NY State Legislature expanded the Loft Law, extensively expanding coverage of Loft buildings in Greenpoint & Williamsburg. Right now there is A LOT of confusion and misinformation out in the streets about this law, how it works, the rules & timelines, and the basic course of action.  It is time for us to organize & unite as a community for loft tenant rights.

Join NAG & Councilman Levin as we discuss the law, address the various timelines involved with registration, review the rules and the process of promulgation and cover the basics of building organizing & tenant association formation
