Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: Open software, mapping/chart data cards, international orders, freight truck only items, and special order items. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances. A RMA number will be issued with instructions for returning the package within a reasonable time (normally 1-3 business days).

An MCX connector for an external antenna is not provided. Interestingly, the GPSMAP 79s & 79sc only have a Micro-USB port and not modern USB-C! Apparently there is no barometric altimeter (according to the Garmin website), but a 3-axis compass with tilt correction.

Needed a new MAXXAIR Coleman Mini-Mach Air Conditioner Replacement Shroud (6727-3761) for our over 20-year-old RV air conditioner. The OEM shroud is discontinued. This replacement was exactly what we needed and was shipped quickly. I would do business with this company again and will recommend them to my friends.

I needed parts for a 20 year old Dometic awning,and they had just what I needed. I also needed another part that wasn't listed, I ask a question about the part on their website. They quickly responded that they had what I need, then shipped it the next day. Good people!

I had a hard time finding something to replace an old Norcold model that had been discontinued, and Nomadic Supply was very helpful, sending me info on lots of options that were close in size. When I found one I thought would work, it too was backordered, but they suggested a different color. While the color wasn't my first choice, I was able to get it quickly and installed it myself. Thanks to Nomadic Supply, I didn't have to live the vanlife without a refrigerator for very long! Thanks for helping me through this!

I would strongly recommend purchasing all of your overlanding products from Nomadic. Not only is the purchasing process seamless and quick, but the shipping is lightning fast!
