Youth & Family Meditation Camp – 2019 March 2nd, 2019 – 9:30 AM – 4 PM @ SOS Meditation Center   Dear Friends, The Youth & Family Meditation Camp is a one-day Winter/Springtime indoor camp.  It is open to children and teens of ages between 5 and 17, as well as parents and adults. This camp enables everyone to learn meditation as a science and explore our human spiritual nature.  The camp will help children balance physical and mental learning through meditation and develop awareness of their highest potential. It will be fun-filled so the children can stay interested and focused while learning a subject that may seem difficult otherwise.  The camp will include meditation workshops, yoga, concentration games, music and pizza. The keen interest from the children about this camp has been heart-warming because they really enjoy having fun and learning together. This year's theme is "Be a Meditation Machine." A fun-filled musical entertaining skit will be presented on the topic!
