The saints and mystics tell us we are souls with access to a tremendous spiritual energy and all the powers it brings. Our affinity with the mind makes us forget our soul. A
simple, spiritual practice of meditation can help us empower our soul and find peace, bliss and lasting happiness within.
Families may bring children of ages 5 years and above. They are welcome to participate in a separate session at their age/grade levels. The Meditation Center offers a designated area
for parents with infants/toddlers. There will be a light vegetarian dinner after the program.
All our programs are free of charge. All are Welcome.
