Free Anime Showing in KOP - Saturday, Oct 15, 2011, 6-10pm

Saturday, October 15, 2011 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Join us
for four hours of anime, Japanese music videos, and anime music
videos.
Don't be shy...we're a friendly group, and welcome new faces.
Everyone is invited, and the event is free. Can't make it for
the whole showing? Please feel comfortable coming late or leaving
early.
--------------------SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS-------------------------
Letter Bee is at the end of the first season, and we'll be
holding a continuation vote after episode 25 to determine whether
we'll continue with season 2.
We have another open slot as well, so voting will be held at the
next regular showing on Saturday, November 5. Members will be
able to pitch either one or two series, depending on whether
Letter Bee passes the continuance vote. Pitches will be due by
11:59pm on Friday, November 4.
There is a fifth Saturday this month (October 29), so there will
be a Japanese game night. Come ready to play mahjong, shogi,
go, and hanafuda!
With the extra time this week, we'll be viewing some of the new
anime shows that are premiering this season in Japan. This is
in lieu of our empty third series slot and regular potluck.

We'll be watching the first episodes of at least
four shows that have recently started
broadcasting in Japan.

The showing will be held at our usual venue: SOS Headquarters,
