I will unregister Sibelius 6.0 on my old Windows laptop and then transfer registration to my new Mac. My question is, do I install from my Sib. 6.0 CD onto the Mac, and then upgrade to Sib. 6.2 by download? I am concerned about using the Sib. 6.0 disc for the installation on the OS X 10.6.5 platform, since it is not the most recent version of Sibelius. I recall reading that some fixes for the Mac install were included in Sib 6.1 and 6.2.

Also, as far as transferring files from the PC to the Mac is concerned, would a flash key do the job? Should I anticipate any problems opening PC files in a Mac?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated before I proceed.

Posted by Steve - 14 Feb 02:10PM Hide picture Email, flash drive (key), any way you can transfer those files will work fine. I regularly switch between windows and Mac. The .sib files are the same on either platform.
