As I mentioned at the SOREEL meeting yesterday, Rogue Riverkeeper has been coordinating a photo monitoring project at numerous locations along the Almeda Fire footprint since right after the fire.  This project was initiated by Rogue Riverkeeper as part of a response and interest by the Bear Creek Restoration Initiative in documenting changes post fire. (No other orgs stepped up to do it, so RRK volunteered.)

Eleven locations: see PHOTO POINT MAP.  Photos have been taken by volunteers and stored in a Google Drive folder that should be at least viewable by anyone. These photos are not well organized, but there is a naming convention and a document with instructions, background etc. in the Drive folder.

Anyone with an interest may use these photos, but please credit Rogue Riverkeeper. For questions, please contact me directly or in...@rogueriverkeeper.org.

FYI: the photo point station RRK had been doing near Lynn Newbry Park in Talent is now well covered by the Rogue River Watershed Council Chronolog locations
