Pada awal, Heriza memaparkan sujok sebagai metode pengobatan alternatif yang telah ada sejak tahun 1987 di Korea Selatan. Sementara di Indonesia, sujok baru dikenal saat terbentuknya organisasi Sujok Indonesia pada 2019. Praktik sujok ini menggunakan tangan (su) dan kaki (jok) untuk distimulasi dengan warna, biji-bijian, moxa, jarum, atau tekanan.
Salah satu metode sujok yaitu terapi twist memanfaatkan sistem energi spiral yang ada dalam tubuh manusia. Menurut Heriza, tubuh sebagai bagian dari perluasan alam semesta yang dipenuhi oleh energi spiral.
Ia juga mengungkap perbedaan terapi twist dengan akupuntur (meridian) yang menggunakan energi linear dan energi cakra, sedangkan terapi twist merupakan gabungan keduanya. Terapi ini menstimulasi melalui putaran atau pelintiran pada area tangan dan kaki yang disesuaikan berdasarkan sistem korespondensi.
Seperti halnya, kepala-jari jempol, telapak tangan kiri-jari telunjuk, telapak kaki kiri-jari tengah, telapak kaki kanan-jari manis, dan telapak tangan kanan-jari kelingking.
