Change Management Analyst
Location – Phoenix, AZ
Duration – 6 months +
The Change Management Analyst must be able to..
- Apply a structured
methodology and lead change management activities with IT and Business
user communities
- Apply a change
management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of
the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Support communication
efforts
- Support the design,
development, delivery, and management of communications.
- Assess the change impact
- Conduct impact analyses,
assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Support training efforts
- Provide input, document
requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Complete change
management assessments
- Identify, analyse, and
prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Identify and manage
anticipated resistance
- Consult and coach
project teams
- Create actionable
deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan,
sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Support and engage
senior leaders
- Coach managers and
supervisors
- Support organizational
design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate efforts with
other specialists
- Integrate change
management activities into project plan
- Evaluate and ensure user
readiness
- Manage stakeholders
- Track and report issues
- Measure success metrics
and monitor change progress
- Support change
management at the organizational level
Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in
a fast-paced operations environment working within an ITIL framework with
a solid understanding of Change Management principles
- Strong analytical
capabilities, highly organized and excellent relationship management
skills
- Energetic and proactive
with a can-do attitude
- Experience of ITSM
toolsets,
- Proven ability to engage
and partner with senior stakeholders across any number of business
functions
- It would be highly
advantageous to have an experience of hi-tech industries enterprise data
office modernization and its change management
