Freedom Controller - new release - v0.7.8

Server ops can go ahead and upgrade.  The release notes are here.

The upgrade command is:  sudo /opt/cartulary/bin/upgrade.sh

This is in no way a "sexy" release.  It's a plumbing oriented release designed to improve the internals of the aggregator and the article extractor.  Whenever there are significant plumbing changes there is always risk, so let me know if anyone has trouble.
