SoPHIE Release 3.0.3

Hi all,

for those of you who haven't already seen it on the website, I would
like to announce the availability of SoPHIE release 3.0.3.

We have especially fixed issues with the installer as well as some
issues with the administration interface for the timer functionality.
Please let us know if you still face problems when running the web
installer.
