New Install / Add Step or Edit Step returns blank page

I just installed SoPHIE and things seem to be working, but when I go to Add a step, I get a blank page.  So I tried to import the Ult treatment and when I go to get the edit a step, I also get a blank screen.  Has anyone seen this before?

Hi Richard,

the problem that you describe is not known to us so far. Can you please
send some more details about your setting:

Are you using XAMPP?
On Linux / Windows?
Which PHP Modules are activated?
Do you see any error messages in the error log?

Maybe you can also send the output of the phpinfo command and / or your
php.ini config file.

it seems I have the same problem as Richard, but I have installalled Version 3.03. Are  any solutions for this problem already known???
