Hello Staff and Sophs,
Here are the details of our overnight trip to Columbia. I will need your response regarding a few things:
1. Carpool: Please let me know if you would like to drive, (or are willing to, if need be!) We have 16 members of the EarthDance posse planning to attend, so we need 4 vehicles.
2. Ingredients for dinner and breakfastWe will spend the latter half of Saturday at Happy Hollow Farm, a 100% CSA vegetable farm, operated by the very charming Liz Graznak. She has graciously planned to host us for dinner, overnight, and breakfast. So the plan is for us to contribute toward dinner and breakfast. We've decided that the simplest way to do this is to assign ingredients.
Please let me know if what I assigned you doesn't work for you!
Dinner Menu: Bread, Salad, Quinoa Salad, Vegetarian Lasagna (will contain cheese) and Meat Lasagna.
Breakfast Menu: Liz says she has LOTS of eggs (from Happy Hollow chickens), so she plans an egg dish of some type. She also has granola and yogurt.
Anna Gall: Dinner bread (enough for 10 ppl)
Ann Owens: Salad Greens (5ppl), 1 container ricotta cheese
April Shelhon: Dinner Bread ( 10ppl)
Evan Winkler Salad Greens ( 5 ppl), 1 container ricotta cheese
Faith Labeaume: Something simple and dessert-y (for 10 ppl)
Jody Vogler: something simple and dessert-y (10 ppl)
Joe Mantoan: Butter, salad greens (5ppl)
Julie Holley: breakfast fruit, bottle of olive oil
Katrina Gillespie 1 container of ricotta cheese, 1 box of lasagna noodles
Laura Lamorette: Vegan Butter, breakfast bread/bagles/whatever breakfasty carb (enough for 8 people)
Laura Vetter: breakfast fruit
Mandy Brooks: 1 container of ricotta cheese, 1 box of lasagna noodles
Maria Stoica: breakfast bread/bagles/whatever breakfasty carb (enough for 8 ppl)
Molly Rockamann: Salad greens (enough for 5 ppl), Vegan "Milk"
Rachel Levi: Dessert (10ppl), salad greens (5ppl)
Tim McHale: Dinner Bread (10ppl)
Please also bring your own dishes and utensils (there may be about 30 guests at dinner!). I'm sure beer and wine contributions would be welcome too.
