Greetings Dear EarthDancers!
I would like to cordially invite you to Farms Rock! EarthDance's "Friend-Raiser," sponsored in part by KDHX, 4Hands Brewing Co., and The Old Rock House. EarthDance's Artist in Residence, Adam Gillespie (my husband!) and I have been planning a fun-filled evening that will feature six local bands, a Garden-Fairie Raffle Extravaganza, local beer, and of course, dancing and enjoying friends. Please join us at this festive event, invite your friends, family, neighbors, pets (just kidding!), etc. Everyone 18+ is welcome to join in on the fun!
When: Saturday, August 11th, 2012
Doors open at 6:30, music begins at 7:30pm
Cost is $10 through Metrotix or at the door.

Outreach Opportunity:
For anyone interested in a super-fun volunteer opportunity or if you would like to scratch off one of those outreach events from your EarthDance to-do list, this is your chance! I am in need of 6 EarthDancers; Three people are needed to assist with staffing the info booth & sell merchandise while Three more "garden fairies" are needed to flitter around and promote/sell raffle tickets (yes, you will need to bring your wings and glitter)! Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to sign up.
Farms Rock! Promotional Team:
We are looking for help spreading the word about Farms Rock! If you would like to pick up some flyers from Laura Lamorette and spread some around (coffee shops, universities, break rooms, like-minded businesses, etc) we would be oh-so thankful! Every little bit helps! Feel free to use social media as a means to spread the word also. If you are on Facebook and if you haven't done so already, please find the EarthDance event, Farms Rock, and post it on your wall, invite your friends to the event, etc. The goal is to reach as many potential new "friends" of EarthDance and spread/promote awareness.
Raffle Gifts are still being accepted:
If you or anyone you know would like to donate to our Raffle Extravaganza we would be incredibly thankful! Items like works of art, pottery, hand-made soaps, gift baskets, gift certificates, etc would be wonderful. The EarthDance Garden Fairies love to promote and give raffle gifts! :)
