After wasting time, as usual, with Dropbox's assistance, I try to ask here. My problem is relatively simple to explain and consists in the fact that if I use Windows Explorer, navigating in the Dropbox folder is torture since any operation it's very slow (creating a folder, copying a file, etc...) while if I use, for example (but it couldn't be the solution) a file explorer like Explorer++ everything works perfectly. Another thing I verified is that if I navigate to the Dropbox folder from a Windows window that opens for example when I want to open/save a file, everything works without problems. The problem remains confined to windows explorer. Can anybody help me? Thank you

The Evanston Fire Explorer Post 911 is a youth oriented program directed at helping young adults who have an interest in the fire service. Young men and women between the ages of 14 and 20 are invited to become Fire Explorers with the Evanston Fire Department. Our program provides an opportunity for junior high, high school and college students to become familiar with career opportunities available in the fire service.
The program meets twice a month at one of the five Evanston Fire stations. Here, explorers are taught the basic skills of firefighting and EMS. Much of the training is hands-on with supervision from instructors from within the department. Post meetings also include public service projects that help to promote the fire department.
Explorers will also have the opportunity to utilize their hard work and training by responding to emergencies through the ride along program. Explorers assist with virtually all routine tasks in the community and around the fire station, including community relations, fire prevention, equipment and station maintenance, and training. These qualities will benefit them not only in fire service careers, but also in future endeavors.
Fire Explorers wear a uniform and are provided with turn-out gear and other safety clothing. The program is designed to encourage and promote accountability, being safe, communication, teamwork, fitness and the development of leadership skills.
The NSF NCAR Explorer Series brings world-class science directly to the public through free-of-charge presentations, videos, and participatory science initiatives led by our research scientists. NSF NCAR scientists lead these talks and answer questions from the public. (Recommended ages: 12 and older)
The Explorer Series touches on pivotal areas of NSF NCAR research such as climate science, natural disasters, ocean currents, air pollution, and the behavior of our sun. Some presentations deal with Front Range atmospheric issues that affect Colorado residents directly, like tornadoes, while others focus on global priorities that influence national and international decision-making, like climate forecasting.

To interact with the speakers in this hybrid world, we are using Slido, which you can join free on your computer or smart mobile device whether you are in person at the Mesa Lab or online. With this app, you can ask speakers questions and engage through interactive polls. When viewing the Explorer Series webcast from a web browser, the Slido interface appears below the live feed video. You are also able to access Slido with your phone by scanning the QR code that appears before the event begins, or by typing slido.com into a web browser and entering the event code #ncarmsr. In-person attendees can also ask their questions using the in-room microphones, though engaging with the interactive polls is only available through Slido.
The NSF NCAR Explorer Series lectures and events are free!
