[Soot-list] FlowDroid analysis for WhatsApp

Hi all,

I'm trying to run FlowDroid on WhatsApp apk. Although I kept the analysis running for 72 hrs, it seems like its stuck being unable to find entry points (as shown in the screenshot below). Does that mean the source code is obfuscated? or is there another explanation?

Hi Abdelrahman,

You’re probably running out of memory. How big is your Java heap size? Is it running full? Have you tried increasing the heap space?

Thanks for your reply. Currently, I'm using 28 GB heap size. Yes, I increased it before with the same output. I'm not sure if it's a memory problem; Otherwise, I should get an "OutofMemoryError" exception like the one attached below (which is for SnapChat apk). Here is the link for the WhatsApp apk if you would like to try it out (Link). What do you think?
