[Soot-list] EmptySwitchEliminator

Hi,

is there a reason which I'm not aware of at the moment, why the
EmptySwitchEliminator optimizes LookupSwitchStmt but does not apply to
TableSwitchStmt?

Feel free to optimize the Soot code and open a merge request. I think I just
forgot to implement that back in the day.
