Welcome Back Sooner Tri Club

So it has been a very fun and hot summer. We need to coordinate a
meeting and hold elections. If anyone is training, post it so that we
can all join you. I think it would be fun to go to the REDMAN as
volunteers and that date is Sept. 20th. I will not be doing the
REDMAN but am planning on the Tie-Dye Triathlon, which so happens to
fall on the date of the REDMAN. So I will not be volunteering,
unfortunately. So if any one plans on competing in either let us
know.

Alright just so everyone is reminded of this, please let us know of
some times that you are available for a meeting sometime soon. The
times can also include the weekend. After I get my work schedule for
this next week I will post my availability for the next week. Also, I
think since next weekend OU does not have a home football game we
should try to have a group workout or unofficial spin class at the
Huff on that Saturday(the 13th)...we could also hold our meeting at
that time as well if that works out for the majority of people. Well,
I hope that the semester is going well and that you have been taking
advantage of these relatively cool mornings for some training. I also
hope to see you all soon at our first meeting of the year.
