How can you help contribute to the Sony API Library?

Even if you are not a coder, we can always use testers who have a Sony smart device and want to participate in the development of this API.

Better yet, if you are familiar with C#, and understand the theory of API's, we can use your help too!

1. Go to the project website on GitHub. Click Here
   
   
2. Download the source code and example applications.
   
   
3. These are written with Visual Studio Express 2012, and should easily opened for your editing.
   Be sure to read the Wiki pages to understand the architecture of the API.
   
   
4. Try to run the example applications, and post your results or errors.
   
   
5. Fix any errors in the coding that you are able to correct, and make a Pull Request.
   
   
6. Add New code, features or Options to the API and make a Pull Request.
   
   
7. Correct or add documentation on the Wiki pages, to help new users.
   
   
8. Create your own application using the SonyAPILib and showcase it for others to see.
   
   
9. Be an active member of this forum and help answer questions from fellow users.
