Is Torah for all people, or just the Hebrews?

Lets start this post off with what do you think about this subject. Is
it for all people? Should non Jewish people try and follow Torah?

Israel are the keepers of Torah. But it is a gift to mankind in
general. Torah is a guide to righteousness. Does righteousness have
2 definitions? If not it has to be Torah. If so then G-d is a
plurality.
