Community Health Outreach Workers (CHOW)

Starting in 2007 Community Health Outreach Workers based in Sonoma County began meeting monthly to make contacts, receive program updates, work in partnership, discuss current trends, exchange ideas and establish a network of support.

Next CHOW Meeting is at National Alliance on Mental Illness
Hosted by: Buckelew Programs (so I will bring snacks J)
