Hey guys ...

Stay away from Pit Shops .. where they have guys UNDER the vehicle and out of sight where you can not see the crap they do. Or the garage is out back in another building or they get rid of you out of sight. They lie to you, and the boss will NOT put camera in sealed glass down there so you can see them ripping you off (they STEAL the oil from YOU - not Chevron oil company) and protect the customers. There is no security camera in the shop to prove that it is not them who backed off nuts to make an oil leak.

Go to an old school shop like McLeas, Les Schwab, Valley Tires and Brake where they have a big open window into the shop where the customer and always eyes on their car if they like. Even in those places I have had a grease monkey hand print up a brand new air clearer on install .. which they replaced of course.

In the Pit Shops you do not know if they even put the Transmission Fluid in .. sure you paid the money .. sure the bottles moved off the shelf .. but NOT into your car. Those bottles went out the back door into their own vehicle for their required maintance. Or they take your oil out but put in standard oil out of a grime gallon can of synthetic pretending to crack open the seal and that it is new.

Just .. stop going to pit oil change shops .. they are rip offs waiting to happen.

They do not service your vehicle .. they just are a sales job to move more product off the shelf into their own pocket. You see .. they have to show a receipt to move the inventory off the shelf. Or they get fired for theft from Chevron.
