Let's get this Sonoma Velo Project started! (PLEASE FORWARD!)

Hello everyone-

Looks like this is the first email to get the ball rolling using the Sonoma Velo Project googlegroup!

I just wanted to let everyone know we are open for the business of planning and transparent project sharing - something that has been a very important milestone from the very beginning!

It is time to lets folks know that the website and the announcements mechanism is ready for participation.  

Feel free to forward this email to anyone & everyone who has expressed interest in being involved.

Carlos and I will be working on getting a tiny bit of web-related fine-tuning done this week.  More importantly, we need to begin the process of letting people know where to go to get their name on the list.

Keeping in mind that not everyone will want to "get involved" - we are really interested in having a means to let people be "stay on top of things"!

We are looking forward to this being an incredible project in Sonoma County - and it couldn't be possible without the ability to coordinate and plan with everyone able to come to the table and participate.  A world class bike park CANNOT be built in a vacuum.
