we have reviewed most of the radio tape

425 am - e5 and trinity amb 12 to ems call in the mobile home park

442 am - E5 clears EMS call - dispatcher immediately sends them to 51
Mobile st - reported glow - no smoke (ish) - something about smoke -
'not sure what (we) (they) have"

443 am - E5 at scene - fire thru ceiling - requests full assignment

443 am - 1 or 2 cops sent via radio on cop channel

note - Chelmsford fd is fully paid - apparently they run 4 stations
with 3 people each - plus 1 chief officer (F3) at hq - 3 engines and 1
quint - ambulances supplied by trinity ambulance service - paramedics
from lowell general hospital

445 am - E5 says they are hitting fire from outside - no cars in
driveway - not sure if anyone home

445 am - Eng 3 signs on

445 am - Fire 3 signs on and requests Command Page and to start callbacks

447 am - someone arrived - maybe pd

yadda yadda about hydrants - drives me crazy

447 am - F3 requests Trinity to standby just in case

447 am - Trinity 12 sent - (back to scene of earlier call - same
mobile home park - different street inside)

449 am - Ladder 1 at scene + Trinity 12 at scene

449 am - someone yells in a mike

451 am - L1 at scene again - ???

453 am - E2 cover the center sta

454 am - C1 responding

456 am - F3 requests E2 to scene

457 am - F3 requests paramedics to scene - P1 ETA is 2 minutes
(someone was on the ball)

459 am - request for 2 more ambulances - (did not hear the dispatcher
acknowledge that)

(32 is a portable on Eng 3 possibly)

500 am - E2 at scene - cop talking about 2 possible cardiac arrests

note - 10-10 is injury - PD code
