run was given by radio to e228 - E228 said their mdt showed them as
10-8 - the dispatcher told them to reset their mdt - dispatcher then
gave the particulars of the call via the radio
this might have started as E228 asking if they had a run
it struck us as odd - shouldnt the cad have sounded an alarm if the
call was given to E228 but they did not acknowledge it manually with a
button push? shouldnt the CAD have access to E228's location in real
time?
something seems off here
