radio traffic from various talkgroups - Boston Mass area

these are all CoMIRS talkgroups (TG) - aka - the statewide TRS

heard via Broadcastify Calls

Harvard University - Crimson EMS TG 1201 - over several days - very
few messages - there was mention of Pro Amb - someone or someones
signed off the air with "Control" - no traffic heard from the field
units - just "Control" was heard - perhaps the field units are
encrypted - or perhaps the repeater is 'tuned off'

Metro Red TG - Lynn dispatcher was simulcasting on this TG all day on 9/12/2025

on DCR Fire 1 - 10/3/2025 - 444 PM - 3rd alarm in Malden announced by MEMA

TG 1089 - MetroFire Admin - 8/5/2025 959 am - someone did several
quick radio checks - no ID displayed - after that just quick keyups by
radio 23357 thru 10//3/2025 - always on site 20146 - (23357 also
popped up briefly on both of the Cambridge FG TGs and Metro White and
TG 1199 and Camb PD 16

TG 661 - DCR Harbor 1 - heard units by Jerrys Landing in Cambridge -
also mentioned Mt Auburn and Dewolfe which is harvard square iirc -
"rangers open posts" - also heard "78" do a radio check with someone
at ?Shattuck" on "Boston 1" - does not seem to be a Harbor TG actually

TG 2209 - radio techs calling on and off at various sites around the state

TG 257 - heard various aircraft calling "Massport" or "Massport Ramp"
or "Massport Gate Control" - the aircraft would state what ramp they
were heading to and the dispatcher would tell me if the gate was open
and if they could stay on Ground till they arrived at the gate -
ground was mentioned as 121.90 - many pilots had thick accents - this
TG can reportedly be patched to selectable aviation channels - this TG
might used during Alerts to patch the emergency AM channel to the TRS
(apparently serving as a secondary link between the aircraft with the
emergency and the Massport units)
