Without knowing what your configuration is we can only guess.
What module have you picked and what GPIOs have been used?

If you haven’t got a neutral at the switch you MUST use the anti-flicker module for any light other than a filament bulb. Essentially it works by leakage through the bulb to neutral to keep the device alive and with non-filament bulbs you may only get conduction on a half cycle or part of a cycle. If the device s constantly switching on and off it will go into fast cycle reset and reset to defaults.
There is an issue on Tasmota GitHub which explains the steps to follow. Start with the Sonoff T1 1CH (28) module as your base configuration which seems to work for most.
