my solution is

Already POW R320D have bistable relay? they control state by two GPIO

i add rule for toggling both relays for use  physical button to switching they state

Rule1 ON Power1#state=1 DO Power2 0 ENDON ON Power1#state=0 DO Power2 1 ENDON
