Momentary button as dimmer

Hi

Has anyone got a pre-built rule for a momentary push button to do the following:

Press = toggle
Release = nothing
Hold for more than 500ms = follow increment/decrement rules

Increment decrement rules:
if off of a zero brightness: turn on at 10%
if on and not full brightness increment by 10%
if at full brightness turn off

Or any better way to do this (controlling LED string with a single momentary button)
