Hi there,
is it possible to connect (and read) INA219 module to some (Tasmotized) ESP8266? It is an I2C device, I see that one may configure GPIOs as I2C SDA+SCL, but no INA219 in sensor choice. I use tasmota-PL..bin v 8.3.1.

I'd like to use Mini D1 (what should I choose for "module type"?) and Tasmota, without need to write my own soft (I2C no problem, but I never used MQTT - libraries present - in my projects - Sming framework based).
Or have I to write some module for Tasmota? (based on some existing code for I2C sensor reporting on MQTT)?

Laurent.

When using a wemos d1, Selecting module type Generic(18), will expose all the gpio for config within the web gui.

connect the module to your d1 board and configure the clock and data pins in the gui,  if you have problems google "tasmota ina219" for pages like https://github.com/arendst/Tasmota/issues/3243 that could point to roadmaps like :  https://github.com/arendst/Sonoff-Tasmota/wiki/Wemos-D1-Mini-and-TSL2561-Luminosity-Sensor

Great, flashed tasmota-sensors.bin, connected INA219 module, configured SDA, SCL and "automagically" reading appears. :)
just had to issue "voltres 3" on console, to get 3 decimal digits reading.

Laurent.
