I have a 3-way dimmer made by Topgreener that I like very much.  Flashable with Tuya-Convert and configured as follows:
Template:
{"NAME":"TopGreener-Dimmer","GPIO":[0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,108,0,107,0],"FLAG":0,"BASE":54}
Followed by commands:  TuyaMCU 21,3 and DimmerRange 25,255

Am wanting to use this 3-way switch on a ceiling fan but DO NOT want to use it as a dimmer.  I did try the command DimmerRange 255,255 and while it kept the actual output at 100%, it still shows up as a dimmer and will allow you change the dimmer position all while not changing the output (still at 100%).  While I can live with this, was hoping for a way to make this switch not even think it is a dimmer.  (ie TuyaMCU command to replace depreciated SetOption63)

I know enough about TuyaMCU commands to make the switch functional as a dimmer, but not much more beyond that.  Currently running Tasmota version 10.

I’m not an expert on the Tuya dimmers but if you don’t send the tuyamcu 21,x command does that stop the dimmer appearing and then tuyacmd 11  to use a relay1

I may be way off the mark

The TuyaMCU 21,3 command is a one-time command during the initial configuration AFIK.  I tried giving it a different ID  with TuyaMCU 21,2 but it still worked as a dimmer.  You may be on the right track though.  I will continue to look through the documentation on TuyaMCU.

Sorry, I meant do a full reset and then omit tuyacmd 21,3 from the setup. Or might tuyacmd 21,0 turn it off?

I reset the device using "reset 5" and set my template as shown in my original post but as you suggested, did not issue the TuyaMCU 21,3 command.  The Tasmota Web GUI no longer shows the Dimmer Slider, Power ON and OFF work -but it seems they ramp up and down as opposed to instant on/off like a relay.  Oddly enough, if you press and hold the UP or DOWN rocker button on the dimmer, it still lowers and raises light intensity.

It tried the same with "reset 6" with similar results.  Not sure this switch is a good candidate for a ceiling fan even if set at 100% via a tasmota rule following power on since someone could still lower the level locally at the switch.
