Look here: http://forum.creationx.de/forum/index.php?thread/297-sonweb/
Page is in German.
I think this guy is on the right way for easy controlling the Sonofs.

I just loaded it up and it worked first time.Looks REALLY good.
It even self updates.
You can upgrade all your sonoffs at once.
Very cool.
I installed it on Ubuntu laptop.
It scanned my network. Found all sonoffs and I just saved them.

Here are some screen shots of the program.
The Ubuntu instructions are close but you have to change /var/www/sonweb to /var/www/html/sonweb as that is the default apache file structure in 16.04

There is a day night option as well. Here is the day theme which might be a bit clearer to look at.

Click on images to enlarge them.

It looks like pretty good program.

i had a quick look, seems to install ok on a raspberry pi zero with no immediate conflicts with node red, just following the guide.

Its not quite sure what a RF-bridge is tho..( or ive overlooked a setting..)

One thing I did notice is when the sonweb is running it generates a lot of MQTT traffic

If you subscribe to your top level topic # (mosquitto_sub -h <your ip mosquitto server> -v -t "#") and then start the sonweb you will see lots of traffic. An example is below.

So see that I don't think I would run it all the time? What does anyone else think? Too much traffic?

The "Sonweb" don't need Mqqt.
If you don't needt MQQT for other purposes you can switch it off.
at the Page "Sonweb - Einstellungen" you can additionally switch the polling interval "Aktualisierungsrate" to more than 30 seconds.
I'm using 15 Sonoffs and use IOBroker. I have no Problem with Network traffic even when sonweb is always active.

Thanks for the hint. I have changed it to a longer period.

Cheers i have also made the adjustment, it was set @ 5 seconds by default, now set @ 60 secs..  ..

One interesting /amusing/mildly frustrating side effect/feature of connecting to sonweb from a browser with open tabs to sonoff devices web interfaces and then add those devices to sonweb. Is that the open web sessions to the sonoff devices in the console page appear to have the focus set centrally in the list of historic commands listed. no matter how you attempt to scroll down to the bottom of the list display to view current reactions/status, focus springs back to the centre of the list allowing you the slightest glimpse of the data your interested in.

Simply closing and launching the web interface from within sonweb sorts this, but as i had 8x devices open in the browser when i first connected to sonweb to add those devices i was a tad frustrated for a few minutes ;)

Is it a closed project?  as more support for newer devices such as the sonoff rf bridge would be useful, Im using a few of these as they provide a cheap interface to loads of buttons and simple state sensors,  my current favourite toy being the $3 digoo 433mhz 'doorbell/alarm' buttons which with a rf bridge make the cheapest and simple complete out of the box 'diy dash buttons' i have yet to find..
