Hello,
Let me introduce myself, I'm Gilles from south of France, not new to Home automation as I was using a Tefal Domissimo in 1993, then I did Automation and Alarm with the X10 protocol, And Since a few years with Home Apple and two years ago in // Home Assistant.

I have Several Brands of connected devices, such as Netatmo, Legrand, Eufy, Meross, Sonof, Eve, And quite a few things from Aliexpress in Zigbee.

I also started two years ago to setup some ESP 32, and actually all my hting flors (12 valves) is controlled by two ESP 32 with Tasmota and Apple Home. As well as my swimming Pool (Filtering, Electolysis, Swimming pump, Heating Pump, and Spa).

I am currently working on automation of my garden watering system (Pump from a well, two cisterns, and several watering lines) as wel as the lighting system, and the Camera network.

I am struggling with Tasmota to connect sensors to my various Tasmota / ESP 32 x Relays boards.  Chat GPT or Mistral are a bit unhelpful as they provide wrong indications.

Is ther a place where I can find a tutorial on how to connect a DS18B20, A DHT 11, A Walfront 1PC G3 / 8, or a TL-136.
I did install a pull up resistor when needed but I am simply unble to even see the value in Tasmota.

Thnks for your help.

Gilles

Hi Gilles, I'm from France too. Welcome.

I strongly suggest you connect to the Discord server where all the staff and numerous users are. You will hopefully find all the support needed there.

Start in the Peripherals section of the website.

For example, there is a link to the DS18x20 sensor connection details.

And

I think the Wal Front is analogue device so would connect to ADC. The TL-136 could be normally configured as 1-5V with a 250ohm resistor but you need a lower voltage.

Randomnerd is a good site for general SP info
