There are available from various sources wall-mounted switch panels for controlling roller window blinds.  They have what looks like smooth plastic or glass surface with touch control areas for UP, STOP and DOWN.  They seem to usually be TUYA compatible.  If you do a search (say, on ebay) for Tuya Smart WiFi Curtain Blinds Switch for Roller Shutter you'll see some examples.

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with these wall switches and whether or not they can be flashed with Tasmota.  Some of these wall switches, in addition to wifi, also come with a small hand-held RF remote control that will operate the switch.  Assuming that these use the ESP8266 and can be flashed with Tasmota, does tasmota have any built-in functionality already set up to function as a roller-blind controller, and even have a way to also work with the remote control?

I don't think that Sonoff makes anything like these roller-blind wall controls - do they?

If a wifi wall switch says that it is TUYA compatible, does that mean it can be flashed with Tasmota?

Check the Blakadder pages for devices. Some Tuya devices can be flashed with Tasmota but not all. It also depends whether you have a neutral wire available at the wall box. Any Tasmota compatible 2 channel device can be used as a roller blind controller. I use a Shelly 2.5 (unflashed but in MQTT mode) with a 'centre off' switch. A short press up or down fully opens or closes the blind. A long press allows you to stop the blind in a mid position. I can also say 'OK Google open Blind 1' or 'OK Google open Blind 1 50%'.
