Sonoff Automated Blinders with ultrasonic sensor

Hi guys i love tasmota and i have a lots os sonoffs with hassio and some nodered automations.
So i want to purchase a electric blinder motor, and i wanted to use a sonoff with 2 relays to control the up and down movement and a ultrasonic sensor to measure the distance of the rolled blinder in relation to the wall to determine its position so i cant set for example 50% open or just 20, etc

I live in portugal and here the blinders are from this style (pic1) so its easy to measure the distance because they are larger

So my question is:

is if possible to add a ultrasonic sensor to a sonoff in order to measure a distance ?

if it is possible then tell me a way
