Does anyone know of a motion sensor that can be flashed with tasmota?

Not really but there’s a simple option – mount a Shelly1 inside a ‘normal’ PIR. The Shelly1 will take the mains output directly from the PIR. The Shelly1 can be operated in MQTT mode or easily flashed with Tasmota.

I did it with this one. I had to remove the ‘chocolate box’ connector and nip off the locating pegs for that and the Shelly1 fitted in nicely.

Another option is to go the ZigBee route – battery operated so no cabling issues.

I've been thinking about the same thing and consider to do it the otherway around, i.e. take a Sonoff Basic and add e.g. a HC-SR505  ( https://www.banggood.com/HC-SR505-Mini-Infrared-PIR-Motion-Sensor-Precise-Infrared-Detector-Module-p-1011714.html ) to it.

Be careful with the 230V !!!

Yes but you have to house the PIR somewhere if you want to mount it outside. The Shelly input is 230V tolerant and it’s an easy way to make an existing PIR ‘smart’ (rather than buying an new device).
