They are pretty robust and difficult to totally destroy.
Did you read this first https://github.com/arendst/Sonoff-Tasmota/wiki/Sonoff-Dual-and-Dual-R2
The flash procedure is slightly different.
Flash a standard bin first and try to get it up and running that way before trying anything else.

Hi there,I have tried to flash Dual R2 without success. It seems that I had some issues with the TX/RX cables, and the transference of the firmware does not start. I always get an error of communication. The thing is that after several tries, I do not see any progress. I have tried to conect the sonoff to the Power AC and even does not power up, do not react. It seems like a brick. I am not able to recover the device.Do you have any clue about how to recover the device? some workaround or T/S that I do not know? I do not think that the device is dead. I have conect it to 3.3V.. I do not think that is damage, but I cannot recover it.

Is there any flash from the LED when you power up?
I've sometimes managed to get one to talk to me using ESPlorer and tinkering the baud rates.
What are you using to flash?

I would try a standard sonoff.bin with ESPFlasher because you’re then talking direct to the device. Remember to only use DOUT
It may also be worthwhile holding the button for 40 seconds to try to reset that way.
